Hey there, it’s Amandah Martin Goldsmith, one half of the dynamic duo behind Nüvacalm! Let me take you on a little journey into our world and explain why we’re so passionate about what we do.

So, picture this: Jason, my amazing husband and the Co-Founder and CEO of Nüvacalm, has walked the rocky road of chronic pain. In 2019, he underwent an organ transplant after battling a genetic-related illness for what felt like ages. The doc’s advice was all about a balance of healthy eating and regular exercise for a better recovery. But truth be told, even a stroll with our dog or a playful session with our son became a major challenge for him.

Now, Jason, being the rockstar he is, decided to swing back into action and picked up a tennis racket after 30 years away from the court. Talk about determination, right? But here’s the kicker – his body wasn’t exactly on board. His elbow, shoulder, knees, you name it – they all started protesting like a rebellious team. Soreness became his not-so-welcome companion. He tried this, that, and the other over-the-counter stuff, but relief barely lasted longer than an episode of a TV show.

But wait for it, here comes the light bulb moment! What if there was a natural, effective way to kick pain to the curb? That’s the seed that sprouted into Nüvacalm.

Now, I’m Amandah, the Co-Founder and Creative Director of this wild adventure. Jason and I have been partners in crime for 25 years (22 of those in wedded bliss). With over 25 years combined in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) universe, we’re putting our experience to good use.
