Return Policy
We have a 30-day Return Policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you purchased our product through a Strive Group Inc, nüvacalm distributor or retailer, please go to the original purchase location for any returns or exchanges.

Once the product(s) has been received, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund on the purchase price of the product(s) minus the original shipping costs.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return shipment. If there are any issues with shipping, please email a picture of how you received the product to info@nuvacalm.com.
In the event that you may want a refund or replacement, make sure to keep your product’s original packaging (do not throw it away), as we cannot refund or replace anything that has not been returned to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within Ten (10) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@strivegroupinc.com and send your item to The Strive Group, Inc. at 9858 Clint More Rd., Suite C111-130, Boca, Raton, FL 33496-1044 USA.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to The Strive Group, Inc. at 9858 Clint Moore Rd., Suite C111-130, Boca, Raton, FL 33496-1044 USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping items are valued over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
